UG Year 2 unit | 2022

Students were introduced to the process of designing a publication. it involved deep engagement with the content and the viewer so as to present strong, thoughtful and informative layouts. Ability and advanced level understanding of the relationship between Colour, Form, Type, Space, as well as Hierarchy, and Structure was the core focus of this studio.

The final output involved identifying a book form while being mindful about the content. Displayed here is

the work of Akansha Sain. Akansha's work has won various awards and here is the snippet of the work that was the outcome of this unit. The images of the books spreads are photographed and documented by Akansha.
