In this unit, students engage with print and production processes along with techniques for a variety of print-based communication mediums prevalent in the graphic design, publishing, advertising, and visual communication industry today. It involved exploring advance techniques such as laser cutting, engraving, screen printing, letterpress etc. Displayed here are some group outcomes.

One of the assignment briefs involved making of a 'Type-Lamp' where students had to craft 'Jalis' using Typography and creating an intricate lamp using the laser cutting machine. The Type lamp showcased here has been created and documented by Noopur Kendurkar, Adit Joshi, Bhuvan Yadav, Sanika Gujar, Uday Dagar, Mohd Shoab Taj, Viraj Ghosh, Niranjan Prasad.
